IDENtifying drug targets for myopia using Mendelian randomization

This project will evaluate specific genes to investigate their potential as therapeutic targets for treating myopia. The project will apply a statistical technique called Mendelian randomization, which exploits subtle differences between individuals in their expression level of therapeutic target genes to infer potential drug treatment effects.
